Satan's Prophets Book Three Chapter Three

Satan’s Prophets
Book Three Chapter Three
Drugs and War

Raven opened the pill bottle and emptied the entire contents in her palm. There were about forty tablets. This was enough to put the entire cruise into a state of zombie like command and she knew that it was just the type thing needed for the robbery to commence and for her and the Satan’s Prophets team to get away without any harm done to them. The boat was huge. It was a casino on water. They were leaving the land because Hawk was taking most of the fertile soil that could grow drugs and other land that already had drugs growing from the ground and creating floating islands of paradise for crowds of rich addicts. He had come to enjoy the new dimension and after seeing how insane Raven and The Prince were he decided to create his own utopia to counter the death and carnage of the women Raven was capturing in her Matrix.
Bubble Bath, Raven’s best friend in the paranormal world talked to her soon after the wedding weeks before her sneaking the diamond mind pills from Innocent’s brain on their cruise ship at a cafe in New York. A week before the day time emmys for her Disney Show Raven’s Home. The world was in chaos but her beauty was still being marketed to mainstream America and the world for that matter. Some people weren’t victums to vampire attacks and werewolf hunts like children and she was still an Idoru worldwide. The Prince often complained about her role as a television star but really people needed a little bit of his “sarafina” to stay sane like he did when vampier’s were eating people’s faces in resturants for the extremley wealthy. Oh, the carnage wasn’t at the bus stop ladies and gentlemen but on private jets and billionaire neighborhoods. Raven who had recently taken to selling paintings with blood as paint to vampire clients had decided she wasn’t too vital of a role in Satan’s hell to let her entertainment industry career go. When Jesus returned he would want to take people with him on the mothership.  Satan’s Prophets existed to influence him otherwise. The blood lines. They wanted the best blood lines to exist in heaven. When word got out about Vincent and Van on the news Satan cashed in on the hysteria he released plague after plague on the Earth and well nowadays things were just kind of weird.
Bubble Bath a white female with a silly dark sense of humor had met Raven at the headquarters for Satan’s Prophets when she, The Prince, Vincent, and Van first became agents. Bubble Bath had the ability to create Bubbles in water and control ocean tides. They needed her to reach the city of Atlantis which is where Satan operated. There he kept all of the technology that he slowly feed the masses. The smart phone for example was just a microchip implanted in many people’s heads to make them think they had a brain simplified to a portable instrument. He also held the now released vampires and other cruel supernatural beings in cryogenic chambers. Bubble Bath immediately liked Raven’s sense of secrecy and cruel demeanor towards people that weren’t in the know. Satan did everything for a reason it wasn’t unlike him to set up meetings between people of character like the people that met the day of inititiation.
Years later the two buddies sat on a balcony at a five star resturant eating salads waiting on their main course. They were dressed in sun dresses and shades with louis vuitton purses and expensive red bottom heels.
“How’s everything at the house,” Bubble Bath asked as she sipped her filtered water with a smile.
Raven rolled her eyes. “ Nigga ain’t cheated since I killed that stewardess and wrecked that plane in Dubai. Really, the home life is good. He is in Vincent’s dream so me and Tyra have been juggling the kids. Hawk and Kitty though. What a fucking clown. Dude should have just headed back to his dimension. Now he’s trying to be some big time drug dealer. The news has him as the greatest mexican drug lord of all time. He is but...bitch you know black don’t crack we sell that.”
“Yeah, when Jet wakes up and sees this shit he’s going to flip. You still got a hold of the streets but these floating islands...I mean the rappers are having a fucking ball on these things. Rich preppy bastards and the streets are in chaos. The military has nothing on what the hell Satan has been planning though. We need to talk Raven. I have a proposition.”
Raven wiped her mouth with her napkin and leaned forward. “ Always ready to listen. What’s up sis?”
“ Well, you’re glitch. We have a resolution I think. We can screw Hawk’s revolt over and get our dimension a big advantage over the other ones. Money. It all goes back to money.”
“ Money? Why invest in it. I have my own currency. Me and Jet have been investing in copper and memories. You know that. Paper...don’t see the point.”
“Nothing burns like paper Raven.”
Raven raised an eyebrow.
“What do you mean,” Raven asked.
“Well, the knowledge. They used to write on walls. What we are afraid of is Hawk getting greedy. Egypt. Taking Pyramids and things of that nature. Technology the web is one thing. But the celestials. We aren’t trying to cause a universal uproar. Even God would be displeased with that.”
Raven sat back a moment and picked up her fork. She poked around her food a bit then thought otherwise and looked into Bubble Bath’s eyes. “ What is their after God?”
Bubble Bath stared at Raven for a long moment. “ Sometimes the question isn’t what you don’t know but who you become when you are afraid to be the answer.”

Ice sat in the trap house looking at the penny on the floor for almost an hour. He didn’t know what The Prince had left it there for. He wasn’t sure what his next move was. He had ramen noodles for weeks but he wasn’t sure how long that would last. He was looking forward to his show until Van and The Prince rendered him helpless. He was trapped and all he wanted to do was get revenge on The Prince. He didn’t know what was up with the penny though.
He walked towards it. He reached down and picked it up and that is when his whole life changed.

Vincent looked at the line on the table and shook his head. Innocent had one hand on his thigh and was reassuring him the line would not kill him. He didn’t fully trust her he was afraid of Raven and The Prince. He was responsible for Raven being injured in their last meeting with Hawk. He also didn’t know if Innocent was still holding a grudge from the high school days they had together as a couple. He just didn’t know.
“ You’ll never get over this until you snort it Vincent,” Innocent waved a manicured hand over the diamond sharded powder on the mirror in front of them. “ It’s no different than any other drug they have the market. This stuff is very potent though. It was made especially for a telepath of your type.”
“ Why would Raven want to enhance me though? I am her enemy at this point,” Vincent said with a look of shock on his face.
“You’ve been asleep along time Vincent. There is a war now. Hawk, Flake, all of that you started. You don’t know what’s going on. Satan has given us a chance to save our dimension. Hawk is on a rampage. The world is now some ghetto where he is ruling as a tyrant.”
“ I can just speak to my original,” Vincent rubbed Innocent’s hand with a reassuring smile.
“ Can’t trust that dimension Vincent. The Princes. They are at war now. We have a boat to catch. Now stop playing fool and snort this shit.”
Vincent took the hundred dollar bill rolled up on table and cleared his throat. He was scared but he also felt a little like a wimp. He put the bill in his nose and leaned over the sparkling powder. He began to snort it.
“ What the-,” he spoke and there was a bright flash. The room exploded in a fury of bright light that made Innocent shield her eyes.
“What is this,” Vincent asked as his forehead glowed a bright pink. “I can read too many minds. I can see so much of the world. Too many voices, too many emotions, what am I supposed to do? I...I…”
Vincent stood stumbling. He reached to grasp something before he fell and Innocent grabbed him as the room tempeture began to rise.
“You must focus Vincent. Gather all of your energy. All of of your telepathic power. Gather it. Block out the voices. Build up your energy. Focus. Clear your mind but at the same time harness your power. It’s a weapon. You are sending a shot at one mind but you don’t know who yet. It’s a mental bomb. Clear your mind,” Vincent held him and began to whisper in his ear. “ Your a bomb. Don’t blow up just yet. Harness that power.”
Vincent cleared his mind. He did this by thinking about Mildred holding him and what their relationship used to be like as teens. He saw them vividly in his mind as young youth and his nerves were calmed. He relaxed. His pounding headache became a steady throb. HIs pain wasn’t as bad and he felt a surge of power. It was like a bomb as Innocent said but he controlled the timer. He felt siphoned. He swallowed hard and focused on his task. He wanted to know what was happening in the world while he dreamed of his disfigurement.
“Now….what,” He asked Innocent sweat beading down his forehead.
“You focus. You remember Hawk? You remember what your mission was with Flake? Well, we need information. There are two agents that the devil needs that have gone to find out information on Hawk. One from Asia and one from Iraq. The devil needs them. They have been responding to their phones. We don’t know what happened to them.”
“I see,” Vincent mumbled. “What are their names? I can look for them with this type of power. Anywhere on the Earth.”
“Exactly.”
Innocent hesitated. She was overwhelmed with reassurance and happiness. The fact Vincent was touching her again and trusting her meant so much. Raven had promised her Vincent would fall back in love and they would have the child. The child…..she sighed. “ Vincent before you unleash all of that energy you must be careful. We don’t want to harm them merely find them. They are making sure that Hawk has no plans for Egypt or Africa. He is in control of the drug trade right now but-”
Vincent grabbed her around the waist to stand up straight. “ The drug trade? That’s our business! That was our niche. Me and the Prince…..what….the….fuck!?”
“I know Vincent but you must be careful. Things have changed. These two men are elite in Satan’s defense against people like Hawk who get greedy with the gifts he has bestowed upon us.”
“Greed? No one is as greedy as Raven and The Prince. I don’t buy it,” Vincent struggled to get his words out. “Innocent what are we fighting for here?”
“Their names you need their names Vincent. This order is above our pay grade. Don’t let your own greed ruin what we could become.”
“I don’t believe you. You know-”
Vincent felt a stab of pain. He screamed and released Innocent and fell to the floor.
“Shit,” Innocent yelled.
Vincent began shaking violently on the floor.
Innocent ran to her Louis Vuitton purse on the bed and reached inside it. She pulled out her phone and dialed a line. She put the phone to her ear as she tapped her foot nervously.
“Hello,” Raven picked up after the first ring.
“Where are you,” Innocent asked.
“Just left from lunch with an associate. I heard Vincent was out of his dream and you had information about the Egypt theory the devil has been worried about. Honestly I was about to call you. What’s up?”
“The product. The drug. The Diamond Helix. It’s got Vincent spazzing,” Innocent felt the tears rolling down her face. “I don’t know what to do. He may unleash the energy on innocent people. He harnessed it. He’s like in bomb mode but-”
“Hold on. Think a moment. Calm down. What are you asking me?”
“What should I do? He could kill millions. He is out of control.”
“What is he doing?”
Innocent looked over and saw Vincent foaming at the mouth. The pink light on his foread was now bright red. She shook her head in awe.
“He’s just...laying there foaming at the mouth. The light on his forehead is bright red.”
“He’s about to blow. Knock him out Innocent. Punch his lights out. Aim at his temple. Pressure point. One sharp blow should do it.”
“What do you mean? He’s mind is at stake. It may detonate and he could die. Raven what the fuck do you mean?”
“Fuck it then. Let the humans die. I don’t care. Vincent is too valuable your right. Fuck it dude.
“Let’s let my man’s prophecy live. Who dies dies. He doesn’t know enough to kill any key players right?”
“I think your right but Raven this is wrong. Innocent people even children….Raven this is isn’t right.”
“Mildred,” Vincent yelled at the top of his lungs.
“Raven, I will call you back he needs me,” Innocent hung the phone up and raced to the body of Vincent.
“Are you okay Vincent? Please what can I do for you,” Innocent leaned over Vincent’s convulsing body and he smiled admist the pain gritting his teeth.
“This power…..I heard the call….I can’t contain it...but as my father’s son. My mother’s son. As an man...I have...I have to do this….”
Vincent mumbled a word…….
“Wallstreet.”
The light on his forehead disappeared and Mildred shook with fear. She didn’t know what Vincent had done but it was over. Vincent was now unconscious and she sat back next to him wiping sweat off of his brow.
She didn’t know where he or she stood as far as relationships went but she did not want to make him an addict to power. They needed each other. She needed him to feel like a person again and he needed her for her the Diamond Helix. The prophecy said they would have a child. But Vincent didn’t believe in that type of stuff…..neither did she. She knew she had to charm him. Seduce him. She also knew he just killed some people. She didn’t care. She had murdered people before she had the gift to turn her skin and mind into a drug. She just wanted to rule with Vincent. She wanted to be like Raven and The Prince in a way.
She kissed Vincent on the lips and smiled. “ My sweet sweet Vincent McArthur the third. Wake up soon. We have a boat to catch.”
